Led Zeppelin’s Coda was released in 1982, two years after the death of drummer John Bonham brought the legendary band to an end. Produced by Jimmy Page, the album brought together previously unreleased studio and live recordings spanning several periods of Led Zeppelin’s career, making it a fascinating final chapter in the band’s original catalog.

This is an original 1982 U.S. pressing on Swan Song Records, catalog number 90051-1, housed in the distinctive embossed gatefold sleeve designed by Hipgnosis. The package also includes the original printed cardstock inner sleeve with recording and musician credits.

This particular pressing is identified by its detailed deadwax inscriptions, including the EDP/Europadisk logo and “RAYS” inscription on Side One.

The vinyl grades NM- and retains a beautiful glossy appearance with minimal evidence of handling. It has been fully play-tested and plays exceptionally well throughout. Only slight surface noise is audible during some of the quieter passages, with no skips or repeating issues.

The original embossed gatefold cover grades VG+. It presents very nicely overall, with light age and storage wear, some minor discoloration/spotting, and small edge and corner imperfections consistent with a sleeve more than four decades old. The embossed artwork remains attractive and the gatefold is structurally sound.

The original printed cardstock inner sleeve grades NM and is exceptionally clean — an important part of the complete original package.
