The Police – Outlandos d’Amour (1978)

Description

The Police Outlandos d’Amour White Label Promo pressing on A&M Records, featuring the band’s landmark debut album and the original recordings of “Roxanne,” “Can’t Stand Losing You,” “Next to You” and “So Lonely.”

This collectible promotional edition features white A&M labels boldly marked “PROMOTION COPY – NOT FOR SALE.” The jacket retains the original round front hype sticker advertising “Roxanne” and “Can’t Stand Losing You,” while the lower-right back cover carries the gold “DEMONSTRATION NOT FOR SALE” stamp.

This is a Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Terre Haute pressing, identified by the T1 markings in the runouts.
