Talking Heads Fear of Music vinyl from 1979, presented here in beautiful condition as a U.S. Sire Records Winchester pressing with STERLING / Greg Calbi mastering on both sides.

The vinyl is Near Mint and appears to have been barely played. It has been fully play-tested and delivers great sound throughout.

The distinctive embossed jacket is VG++ / NM-, showing light shelf, edge and corner wear while retaining an excellent overall appearance. The diamond-pattern embossed design remains strong and makes this one of the most distinctive Talking Heads album covers.

The original custom printed lyric and credit inner sleeve is also included and grades NM-. Its reverse features the memorable thermographic portrait associated with the album artwork.

This copy was pressed at Capitol Records Pressing Plant in Winchester, identified by the ─◁ symbol in the runouts. Both sides were mastered at Sterling Sound and carry Greg Calbi’s “gc.” signature.
